Through the guidance of owners Enrique and Lynne Ruiz, our insurance agency in Miami FL has the is focused on creating and building life long relationships with each customer.
ENRIQUE RUIZ, CPIA, PIAM
Enrique Ruiz, CPIA,PIAM is President of E&L Insurance Services, Inc., and past President of the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) in Miami, Florida.
He is a native of Nicaragua who moved to Canada when he was 13 years old to attend St. Michael’s University School in Victoria, British Columbia. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada with a B.A. in Economics. After completing his studies he relocated to Toronto, Ontario where he was Regional Project Manager of condo conversions for RFB Investments.
In 1995 Enrique decided to move to Miami to be closer to his family and founded E&L Insurance in 1996. He has appeared on Television and Radio programs to educate consumers on a wide range of insurance topics. Enrique has served on a variety of Insurance related groups including, the Progressive Insurance Company’s agent’s council and in the committee for the drafting of the Home Owners’ Policy & Claims Bill of rights chaired by the honorable Robin Westcott. Over the years Enrique has been a part of an active group of agents that focus on a wide range of issues affecting the Insurance Industry and is currently appointed on the Board of Directors of the LAAIA.
In his spare time he loves to run and cycle and ski, and is currently training for his fifth half-marathon.

LYNNE RUIZ, CPIA, PIAM
Lynne was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. After completing her studies in Hospitality and Tourism Management she relocated to Vancouver, B.C. where she accepted a position with the Pan Pacific Hotel, and then the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She moved to Toronto in 1993 when she accepted a position with Le Meridien Hotel & Resorts.
In 1995 Lynne moved to Miami with her husband Enrique. They founded E&L Insurance in 1996.
In their spare time they love to run, cycle and ski, and are currently training for their fifth half-marathon.
